Position Summary:
We are looking for a Chef/Cook who will be responsible for preparing and delivering exceptional meals tailored to client preferences. This is a full-time, permanent role offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare meals
  
• Timely Execution: Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented promptly and efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by the head chef.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in a professional kitchen environment, atleast 5 years experience.
• Previous experience in any western cuisine is an advantage.
• Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in various cooking methods, ingredients, and culinary techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to follow recipes precisely.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• English language must be at a good level.
