We are expanding in Leicester and seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team full-time and step into management. We welcome candidates from all industries with a proven track record in billing, filling, and servicing.

Responsibilities

- Business development and client relationship management

- Researching the local marketplace

- Attending networking events

- Sourcing and interviewing candidates

- Managing the interview to offer process

- Assisting with company marketing and social media

- Meeting team-based and individual targets

- Performing other tasks as required
