Material Coordinator

Position Summary:

Were seeking a highly organized and proactive Material Coordinator / Material Flow Analyst to support engineering and production operations by ensuring the seamless flow of materials across departments. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency by managing inventory levels, coordinating shipments, and working closely with internal teams to meet production and testing requirements. Ideal for someone detail-oriented and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare external shipping documentation to support engineering requirements.
• Manage shipments of inventory for new product builds to internal factory locations.
• Coordinate the timely movement of materials from shipping and receiving areas to engine test cells and assembly floors.
• Monitor inventory levels on the engine build floor and proactively initiate material replenishment.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to pick and stage materials from both internal and external sources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
