Position Summary
Join a dynamic manufacturing environment as a Material Coordinator, where you'll play a critical role in keeping production lines running smoothly. In this role, you'll support the flow of materials by coordinating procurement, tracking inventory, resolving shortages, and working closely with production teams to ensure materials arrive where and when they're needed. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate material procurement, expediting, and delivery to meet production timelines
• Identify and resolve material shortages to prevent disruptions
• Audit inventory and ensure material accuracy on the production floor
• Work cross-functionally to resolve inventory discrepancies and expedite critical parts
• Analyze critical shortage reports to ensure part availability
• Execute changes driven by engineering releases or updates
• Manage deviations and make material adjustments as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Supply chain, materials coordination, or manufacturing experience (internships welcome)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make timely decisions
• Collaborative team mindset and adaptable work style

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing settings
• Experience with material flow in a production environment
• Proficient in SAP and data analysis tools
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Education
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, IT, Engineering, or related field or 23 years of relevant work experience
