In this role, you will be a customer-focused expert, delivering process support and developing solutions that optimize equipment performance. You will have the opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge processes, conduct critical experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address evolving customer needs. What You'll Do

  • Process Support: Provide on-site support to resolve process and system challenges, install equipment, and drive productivity improvements.
  • New Application Development: Lead evaluations and beta-site installations for groundbreaking technologies and applications.
  • Experimentation and Analysis: Design experiments, analyze results, and generate reports to optimize device architectures and process modules.
  • Customer Collaboration: Partner with customers to meet new technology requirements, support existing processes, and conduct root cause analysis for process deviations.
  • Process Innovation: Develop and refine processes, define best-known-method recipes, and collaborate with hardware engineering to characterize and enhance equipment performance.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and customers to address challenges, understand technology roadmaps, and deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and training to Field Service Engineers, Technicians, and customers, while fostering continuous improvement.
  • Statistical Analysis: Analyze performance trends, recommend design changes, and implement strategies for improved outcomes.

Who Were Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or related field (PhD preferred; Masters with 3+ years or Bachelors with 6+ years of experience acceptable).
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in cleanroom environments, wearing appropriate protective equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to thrive in a matrixed, team-oriented environment.
