Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst / MOCI Specialist to support cross-functional teams in improving business processes, testing implementations, managing data, and enhancing user experiences. In this hybrid role, you'll work closely with internal customers, product owners, developers, and UX teams onsite 4 days per week with 1 day of remote flexibility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys driving projects that impact multiple teams and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-product User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and serve as a consultant on automated test scenarios
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage implementations and define data needs
  • Assist with UX mockups, audit reporting, and system security tasks
  • Develop and maintain reliable test data for various consumers
  • Analyze user feedback to continuously improve automated and integration testing
  • Deliver training to users on new features and complex system functionality
  • Contribute to strategic objectives that enhance business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor project status, communicate updates with leadership, and ensure alignment with business goals

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience collaborating with diverse user groups across departments
  • Proficient in writing queries and using tools like SQL, Python, DataBricks, Tableau, etc.
  • Strong communication skills including virtual training, test writing, email, and Microsoft Office
  • Project coordination experience in small-scale, cross-disciplinary projects
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to adapt to flexible work hours for global team collaboration
  • Fluent in English with advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%, domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of MOCI and related integrations
  • Familiarity with multicultural team dynamics
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Understanding of Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP)
