Business Analyst

About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for process optimization and cross-functional collaboration? We are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to support and enhance dealer systems, specifically focusing on the ordering, inventory tracking, and pricing processes of key Microsoft products. This role serves as a critical liaison between Dealers, Product Management, and IT, ensuring smooth operational workflows and scalable system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with accounting teams to maintain and update product pricing and billing processes.
• Develop and implement new order processes in emerging and growth markets.
• Support annual planning cycles related to Microsoft product ordering in partnership with the Enterprise Desktop Applications Team.
• Monitor and support the dealer order fulfillment process for Microsoft products.
• Manage, track, and maintain Microsoft software entitlements with a proactive and organized approach.
• Address and resolve dealer inquiries related to Microsoft licensing and compliance.
• Drive operational efficiencies by implementing automation tools, including the Power Platform suite.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for system and process optimization.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Background in Financial Analysis and/or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset and acute attention to detail.
• Proven project management experience or involvement in change management initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with demonstrated success in financial analysis and driving actionable insights.
• Capable of leading and executing business change initiatives effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working across multiple business units and stakeholders.
