3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our manufacturing operations. In this critical role, you will oversee maintenance activities, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met. Position Details:

• Shift: 3rd Shift (9:30 PM 6:00 AM)
• Schedule: Sunday evening Friday morning (overtime likely, some weekends/holidays)
• Location: Onsite from day one
• Dress Code: Business casual
• Safety Gear: Safety shoes with internal metatarsal protection required on the first day

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to hourly maintenance employees
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance tasks to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support production goals
• Spend at least 50% of the shift on the shop floor, actively engaging with employees and operations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate hourly employees
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in planning and estimating work in a maintenance environment
• Technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and tool & die processes
• Must be eligible for in-person interviews

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using SAP for maintenance planning and tracking
