This onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure robust and efficient processes in an 8-inch wafer fab. Position Summary:

As a Senior Process Engineer in the Photolithography department, you will play a critical role in supporting both existing and new product lines. Your responsibilities will include process problem-solving, yield improvement, process monitoring, and cost reduction, ensuring the success and efficiency of manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, characterize, and sustain photo processes on ASML and DNS/TEL tools in an 8-inch fab environment.
  • Perform process porting and optimization to improve capacity, defect density, and yield.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve tool throughput, and enhance performance.
  • Operate and maintain metrology tools such as CD and Overlay measurement systems, defect scan and review tools for process characterization and sustaining.
  • Support manufacturing with spec updates, SPC control, and new product introduction and ramp-up.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for the performance of critical photolithography tools.

Qualifications:

Required Education & Experience:

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with CD SEM, KLA OVL measurement systems, recipe editing, wafer measurement, and data analysis.
  • Expertise in photolithography processes, particularly with ASML Stepper-Scanners, DNS, and TEL tracks.
  • Multiple years of experience working on ASML ArF/KrF/I-line Stepper-Scanners (preferred).

Other Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced statistical data analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership and passion for achieving results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in both one-on-one and team environments.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, RS1, and Minitab (additional computer skills are a plus).

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, and move about the facility.
  • Exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, and odors.
