About the job Supply Management Planner
The Service Parts Supply Management Planner plays a crucial role in managing the supply chain for service parts, ensuring that parts are available when needed to meet customer demand and maintain operational efficiency. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, analyzing inventory levels, and implementing strategies to optimize the flow of materials. The planner is responsible for minimizing delays and backorders while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective planning and timely delivery of parts.
Qualifications and Required Proficiencies:
- Experience with FILL rates, On Time Delivery, and FLASH & Backorder Cycle Time
- Managing Delinquencies
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel
- Strong communication skills for email and phone interactions with different job functions
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Experience in materials planning or buying
Education and Experience:
- Associates or higher in a related field (engineering, business, logistics) is preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in lieu of a degree
This position is onsite from day one to receive hardware and ensure systems access.
