Material Coordinator 3rd Shift
Location: Fully Onsite
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM 7:30 AM | Regular OT (~2 hrs/day) | Alternating Saturdays

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to support 3rd shift operations at a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This hybrid role combines hands-on material movement with administrative inventory tasks, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in both active and desk-based environments. The Material Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring materials are received, tracked, and delivered accurately and efficiently, helping to maintain smooth production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of materials, parts, and supplies between departments and work areas
• Operate a "hot truck" for internal material transport (no special license required)
• Utilize SAP or other inventory systems to track, enter, and monitor material data
• Maintain accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing materials
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of inventory
• Perform periodic cycle counts and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies
• Alternate between physical tasks (lifting, walking, operating vehicle) and desk work
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid drivers license (basic license no CDL needed)
• Experience with SAP or other inventory systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
• Must wear safety shoes and follow all onsite safety protocols
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment a plus
