Specification Analyst

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Specification Analyst to support our engineering product development team in Dubuque, IA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for data integrity and process improvement. Recent graduates with a four-year degree and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. The position plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy of product data, coordinating design changes, and supporting cross-functional teams in a collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update complex part and assembly data in SAP and PDMLink systems as part of the product development change process.
• Analyze engineering and business data to support product improvements and program changes.
• Create, audit, and maintain Bills of Material, Material Masters, and other part attributes.
• Process requests related to specification data and ensure accuracy across systems.
• Act as a liaison between engineering teams and other business functions to ensure consistency and clear communication.
• Lead multi-disciplinary meetings, document outcomes, and coordinate implementation decisions across teams.
• Conduct specification audits and monitor engineering changes to maintain data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred recent graduates of a four-year program)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of engineering, customer service, or data analytics
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• SAP experience is a plus
