Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post job descriptions on various job boards and company platforms.
  • Support onboarding activities by collecting new hire documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Facilitate communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Generate reports and track recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as email correspondence, filing, and database management.
  • Assist in career fairs, recruitment events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or recruiting support role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
