Position Overview:
Staff Finders Technical Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to support our Enterprise Contract Center team. This role provides an opportunity to work with cutting-edge agricultural technology products while delivering exceptional service to our dealers and customers. You will serve as the front line for technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through your expertise.

This position offers retention bonuses after 6, 12, and 18 months of employment, along with pay increases at the same intervals. Please note, these incentives are subject to completion of your assignment and are forfeited if the assignment is

Primary Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Responding to general product questions (availability, compatibility)
  • Assisting with Agriculture, Residential, Commercial Turf, and Golf product issues
  • Handling warranty registration and extended warranty coverage
  • Providing out-of-warranty assistance
  • Managing parts and publications lookups
  • Addressing Loyalty Rewards program inquiries

Work Schedule:

  • Support hours: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM CST.
  • Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift within the support window.
  • On-site work required, shifts may change based on call volumes.

Training & Development:

  • Initial training will be from 8 AM - 4:30 PM CST for approximately 6 weeks.
  • Training includes 2 weeks of classroom learning followed by 2-4 weeks of on-the-job mentoring.
  • Full productivity is typically achieved within 3-4 months.
  • Primary responsibilities may cover either Tier 1 or Tier 2 support.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 6+ months of customer service/support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong troubleshooting skills
  • Availability to work support hours, with occasional holiday shifts

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of agriculture, turf (mowers), and utility vehicles
  • Prior experience in Agriculture or Technology dealer channels
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Communications, Engineering, IT, or a related field
