Your Responsibilities:

As an Employee Experience Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless HR operations and exceptional service delivery. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by researching, resolving, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer HR processes, including tactical processes related to talent acquisition, internal transfers, organizational management, employee records maintenance, and training administration.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive employee information.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing solutions for more efficient HR support.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve escalations and enhance processes.

  • Familiarity with Success Factor system modules (e.g., Learning Administration, Employee Profile, Recruiting, Onboarding).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Education:

  • High School Diploma is required
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is highly preferred
