What You'll Do:

  • Inspect and test electronic assemblies to diagnose defects.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed.
  • Identify and assist in resolving process or design issues.
  • Conduct manual testing of circuits and PCBs following engineering guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Update test documentation for prototype products.
  • Maintain lab equipment and perform basic mechanical work.
  • Train and support less experienced technicians when needed.

What Were Looking For:

  • Education: Associate degree in Electronics, a two-year technical diploma, equivalent military certification, or relevant experience.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of related experience (preferred: three or more years).

Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in computers, spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Experience with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
  • Hands-on experience with assembly, disassembly, and mechanical work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
