Order Fulfillment Coordinator II

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in a warehouse in Milan, IL. This position requires basic Excel and computer skills, strong decision-making abilities, and the capability to analyze data sets. Occasional travel to offsite warehouses may be necessary.

The role will involve a flexible schedule following initial 1st shift training, with day one being onsite. Metatarsal safety shoes are required, as well as other necessary PPE (safety glasses and gloves).

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure parts in the warehouse and input the data into our packaging specification application.
• Follow specific instructions provided by SCW Analysts on which parts to measure and how to measure them.
• Travel to various warehouse locations as needed.

Warehouse Environment Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a high-traffic warehouse setting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for 50% of the day.
• Ability to operate a Cushman (small battery-operated vehicle, similar to a golf cart).
• Use of basic software applications is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain (no recent or upcoming grads preferred).
