Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with machine systems, including hydraulics, electrical, powertrain, and engines.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with construction equipment in roadbuilding and site development applications.
• Background in instructional design, curriculum development, and training needs assessment.
• Experience working directly with heavy equipment customers or dealer networks.
