As an HR Employee Experience Representative, you will be part of a high-performing Human Resources Operations Center, providing exceptional support and service to employees and HR partners. This is a dynamic role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others through accurate and timely HR service delivery.

Location: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote flexible schedule)
Training: Onsite training required (estimated 23 months duration)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively researching, resolving, and responding to HR inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Administer a wide range of HR processes including talent acquisition support, internal transfers, organizational changes, employee records management, and learning administration.
  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing more efficient HR support processes.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to improve processes and resolve escalations.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to embrace change.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an HR operations or shared services environment.
  • Strong customer service background, particularly in HR-related matters.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules such as Learning Administration, Employee Profile, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
