Registered Dietitian

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our team and support the nutritional health of our patients and residents. This position is responsible for conducting nutrition assessments, developing care plans, and implementing nutritional services aligned with company mission and values. In this role, you will also contribute to operational efficiency and revenue goals through effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients and residents.

• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.

• Monitor and document patient progress, making modifications as necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support clinical outcomes.

• Educate patients, residents, and staff on nutrition-related topics.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Support department goals by contributing to cost-effective operations.

• Uphold company policies, mission, and values in all service areas.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.

• Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as required by the state.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills including familiarity with nutrition software and EMRs.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• 1+ year of experience in a clinical or long-term care setting.

• Bilingual or multilingual skills.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in healthcare settings (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission).
