Staff Finders Technical is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to contribute to the advancement of Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) initiatives. This hybrid role combines onsite work Monday through Thursday with remote work on Fridays, offering the opportunity to support innovative warehouse management processes through advanced system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop programmatic solutions to compare data table entries across multiple SAP EWM environments, identifying discrepancies and reporting them via Power BI or other tools.
- Translate business and engineering requirements into appropriate configurations for SAP EWM environments by creating data and analytical tools.
- Provide production support for facilities utilizing modern solutions, including deploying new capabilities as developed.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Operations and/or Engineering functions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an engineering role supporting operations.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Databricks, or equivalent tools for data analysis.
- Experience using GitHub for code base management.
- Experience training personnel on processes and best practices.
- Experience supporting operations through technical tools or IT systems.
- Familiarity with developing and interpreting process maps (e.g., Visio).
Education:
A degree or equivalent work experience in one of the following:
- Engineering/Technology discipline (University Degree 4 years or equivalent).
- Business/Management discipline (University Degree 4 years or equivalent).
