Electronics Assembler

We are seeking an entry level Electronics Assembler to join our team and contribute to the production of our electronic products. In this role, you will be responsible for soldering and assembling electronic components, working with a team for one of the largest global companies. This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous experience in soldering and electronic assembly to further develop their skills and grow within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Perform surface mount technology (SMT) soldering and assembly of electronic components according to company standards and specifications
• Work collaboratively with a team to ensure timely and efficient production of electronic products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production processes
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of assembled products

Requirements:

• Some previous experience or training in soldering and electronic assembly is required
• High School diploma or equivalent education required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small electronic components
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Must be able to pass a soldering test during the interview process

We offer a competitive starting pay of $19/hour with the opportunity for an increase and full benefits after 6 months of employment. This is a Monday to Friday position, providing a stable and consistent schedule for work-life balance.
