Parts Order Fulfillment Analyst

We are seeking a Parts Order Fulfillment Analyst to join our team in an onsite capacity. This role is crucial in ensuring service part availability through effective forecasting, supply coordination, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, supply management experience, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to optimize part support performance.

Major Duties:

• Forecast new parts and manage part availability.
• Work with factories to maintain stocking metrics.
• Collaborate with teams across product support, supply management, engineering, and marketing to define service part requirements.
• Review service part forecasts and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Execute business activities in alignment with divisional processes, policies, and objectives.
• Oversee the Order Fulfillment Process to meet the master schedule and ensure service part availability.
• Analyze metrics and data to drive improvements in business processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Ability to analyze data and make informed trade-off decisions.
• Supply management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong team collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating and delivering status update presentations.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

• Experience in a service support environment.
• Project management skills.
• Proficiency with SAP and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to generate reports from various databases and systems.
• Data analytics and statistical expertise.

Education:

A university degree (4 years or equivalent experience) in one of the following disciplines:

• Business/Management
• Engineering/Technology
• Supply Management

Relevant Work Experience:

• Experience planning, organizing, and executing engineering projects.
• Background in manufacturing and/or operations.
• Hands-on experience in supply management, including purchasing, warehousing, logistics
