Machine Operator

Overview: We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating and maintaining machines to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various types of machinery according to company standards and safety protocols.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production output.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Keep accurate records of production and machine performance.
• Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment: This role operates in a manufacturing setting, which may require standing, lifting, and operating machinery for long periods. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
