Supply Management Specialist III

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Management Planner to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing procurement processes, optimizing supply chain operations, and ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order (PO) creation and execution
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Utilize SAP and other procurement tools (JDSN, SRM, CP) to track orders, analyze data, and optimize supply chain efficiency
• Conduct supplier negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality and reliability
• Resolve supply chain conflicts, addressing issues related to delays, shortages, and pricing discrepancies
• Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts to proactively manage purchasing decisions
• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation and reports
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, and finance teams to align supply plans with business goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Management
• Hands-on experience in Purchasing and Procurement
• Strong understanding of Supply Management processes, including the Requisition to PO process and relevant tools (JDSN, SAP, SRM, CP)
• SAP experience is highly preferred
• Experience with negotiations and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
