Location: Dubuque, IA | 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM | Overtime as needed

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to support our production teams by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a smooth and efficient manufacturing process through collaboration, problem-solving, and a strong focus on inventory accuracy and supply flow. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate material flow to support production schedules and minimize downtime
  • Identify and resolve material shortages and inventory discrepancies
  • Audit inventory and maintain material accuracy across departments
  • Analyze critical shortage reports and expedite materials as needed
  • Collaborate across teams to implement engineering releases and change management
  • Manage deviations and support real-time adjustments to meet shifting production needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in supply management or manufacturing environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, materials coordination, or manufacturing
  • Familiarity with material flow strategies and lean processes
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in SAP and data analytics tools

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Management, Business, IT, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience (2-3 years)
