Inventory Analyst
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (minimal overtime)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with materials management, manufacturing engineering, and auditing teams to monitor inventory performance, investigate discrepancies, and implement process improvements. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and reconcile inventory to ensure system and physical alignment
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for inventory discrepancies
- Support and maintain point-of-use inventory accuracy in collaboration with cross-functional departments
- Contribute to the development of standardized processes and preventive measures
- Assist with monthly and annual physical inventory audits
- Provide reporting and insight to improve inventory control practices
- Participate in occasional on-site meetings across local facilities (using personal vehicle)
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Working knowledge of inventory control principles and material flow processes
- Background in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field or equivalent professional experience

- Business casual dress code
- Metatarsal foot protection will be required on your first day and during shop floor visits
- May operate industrial transport vehicles (e.g., utility carts) on-site after training
