Position Overview:
Staff Finders Technical Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to support our e-Commerce Contact Center. This role provides an opportunity to work with cutting-edge agricultural technology products while delivering exceptional service to our dealers and customers. You will serve as the front line for technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through your expertise.

This position offers retention bonuses after 6, 12, and 18 months of employment, along with pay increases at the same intervals. Please note, these incentives are subject to completion of your assignment, and are forfeited if the assignment is not completed as agreed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line technical support via phone, email, and chat to assist with product inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and offer solutions to customers for a wide range products
  • Document interactions in the case management system for tracking and reference.
  • Create and maintain online support tools and solutions to enhance customer experience.

Working Hours & Location:

  • Contact Center operates from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
  • Four rotating shifts are available within these hours:
    • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
    • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
    • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
    • 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • You must be available to work any of the 8-hour shifts within this window.
  • This is an on-site position located in Johnston, IA, with an option to work from home on Fridays.

Training & Development:

  • Initial training will take place during the 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM shift for approximately 6 weeks.
  • Full productivity is typically reached within 3-4 months.
  • Occasional travel to Des Moines Works for factory tours and visits to nearby farms is expected.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of call center or customer service experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace for remote work as needed.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime and holidays.
  • Solid work history with proven reliability and dependability.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of agricultural equipment, turf (mowers), or utility vehicles.
  • Experience in agriculture or technology dealer channels.
  • Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
