About the job Reimbursement Processor
Staff Finders Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Reimbursement Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment, enjoys solving complex issues, and has a strong commitment to accuracy and collaboration. This role follows a hybrid schedule: on-site work required every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process reimbursement transactions, including product tracking records, warranty claims, and Product Improvement Program (PIP) claims.
- Ensure accurate and timely reimbursements to partners while safeguarding company assets.
- Make higher-level decisions on complex cases, leveraging experience and knowledge.
- Manage financial transactions, including inter-company debits and credits, efficiently and accurately.
- Assist partners and personnel in using warranty systems and address related inquiries.
- Handle reimbursement administration requests from partners, field representatives, marketing units, and factories.
Education/Experience:
- Preferred: Associate's degree (not required).
- Background in roles such as claims processing or call center operations is beneficial.
