Staff Finders Technical is seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to support Global Supply Management and Logistics Directors. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience working with senior management. This position requires onsite work in Moline, IL.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Directly support 4 Global Supply Management and Logistics Directors
  • Act as a support resource for all employees in the Global Supply Management and Logistics organization.
  • Perform a full range of administrative support duties including but not limited to scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining appointment calendars on behalf of managers.
  • Gather, create, and maintain sensitive and/or confidential information.
  • Update and maintain databases.
  • Support project work as needed.
  • Ability to work onsite in Moline, IL.

What Skills You Need:

  • 3 or more years of demonstrated experience with handling highly confidential information.
  • 3 or more years of experience with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Some event planning experience.
  • Experience working with upper-level management.
  • Must be well organized.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Moline, IL.
