About the job Compliance Analyst
Staff Finders Inc. is actively seeking a qualified Compliance Analyst to support our client's Talent Acquisition and compliance efforts. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in OFCCP compliance, audit processes, and the ability to work seamlessly within established guidelines. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with federal regulations while supporting various reporting and audit functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run candidate pool reports to support EEO-1 and AAP reporting requirements.
- Assist with talent acquisition audit requests to ensure full compliance.
- Provide compliance support for Region 4, including outreach efforts, data collection, and adherence to OFCCP regulations such as pay transparency, labor posters, and disability accommodations.
- Research and handle inquiries related to compliance, working closely with Legal and consulting teams.
- Manage permanent residency requisitions.
- Generate routine reports such as Open Requisition and DP Posting Reports.
- Audit Talent Acquisition processes to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience with OFCCP compliance guidelines.
- Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition and Compliance support.
- Ability to follow established process documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly in creating pivot tables.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
