Warranty Auditor

Position Summary:
Were looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Warranty Auditor to join our team and ensure the integrity of warranty claim submissions from service providers. This role is key to safeguarding company assets, minimizing financial risk, and supporting continuous process improvement in warranty operations. Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (Flexible after training)
Work Arrangement: Onsite for training; hybrid after training (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) upon completion

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit warranty claims, service documentation, and dealership submissions for accuracy and policy compliance
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and red flags through analysis of warranty data
• Collaborate with service teams and dealerships to investigate and resolve claim inconsistencies
• Document audit findings, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain thorough records of audits, follow-ups, and outcomes
• Stay up to date on policy updates, service bulletins, and operational procedures
• Recommend enhancements to improve the accuracy and efficiency of warranty processes

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a team-based environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience using SAP is a plus, but not required
• Previous auditing experience is preferred, but not required
