Overview

We are seeking a Software PV&V (Product Verification & Validation) Engineer to join our team in a hands-on, collaborative engineering environment. In this role, you'll contribute to the testing, integration, and validation of electrical and mechatronic systems that support complex product development cycles. This position plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of next-generation technologies in a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans for embedded systems, software, and integrated mechanical/electrical solutions.
  • Use lab equipment and data acquisition tools to collect and analyze test data.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and document root causes of electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, mechanical engineers, and system architects, to support verification and validation activities.
  • Communicate technical data, test results, and design feedback clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Support system integration testing in lab and field environments.
  • Maintain flexibility in work schedule to meet deadlines and travel requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, or integrating systems that successfully transitioned into production especially in electrical or mechatronic domains.
  • Proficient in the use of test lab equipment, data acquisition systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity for problem-solving.
  • Prior internship or research experience in an engineering-related discipline.
  • Effective communicator, with the ability to present complex technical details clearly.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with systems engineering principles and lifecycle testing.
  • Knowledge of agricultural, industrial, or off-highway vehicle systems is a plus.
