About the job Warehouse Business Analyst II - Process Management
Staff Finders Technical is looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join a dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) initiatives. This role will focus on driving transformational changes in warehouse management processes through advanced system capabilities. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with customers and teammates to provide production support, deploy new capabilities, create training documentation, and conduct end-user training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for facilities utilizing modern solutions, including deploying new capabilities as they are developed.
- Develop training documentation for warehouse office and floor staff, deliver end-user training, and directly support implementations.
Required Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in Operations and/or Engineering functions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse or operations roles.
- 2+ years of experience in an engineering role supporting operations.
- Experience in training personnel on processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in supporting operations through technical tools or IT systems.
Education:
A degree or equivalent work experience in one of the following:
- Engineering/Technology discipline (University Degree 4 years or equivalent).
- Business/Management discipline (University Degree 4 years or equivalent).
