Job Purpose:

- Document and maintain accurate records of all work performed.
- Identify process, test, or design issues, inform supervisors, and recommend corrective actions.
- Design and assemble electrical/mechanical fixtures and test setups to meet testing requirements.
- Conduct inspections, tests, and failure analyses to determine the root cause of defects in tests or assemblies.
- Create test documentation for prototype products when engineering instructions are unavailable.
- Maintain effective and professional communication with all stakeholders.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Key Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude, including experience with dyno precision.
- Electrical troubleshooting, including working with wire harnesses and test fixture assembly.
Work Environment:
- 75% of time spent in the lab performing hands-on testing.
- 25% dedicated to meetings and reporting.
