About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a confidential, growing organization in the Cumming area seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations. This is a hands-on role offering exposure across multiple HR functions and direct interaction with leadership.

Position Overview

The HR Generalist will assist with a variety of HR responsibilities including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and benefits administration. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience looking to grow their HR career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS systems with accuracy
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, and communications
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Help coordinate recruiting efforts including interview scheduling and offer preparation
  • Partner with leadership on employee relations and HR processes
  • Support training, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role
  • Working knowledge of HR processes and compliance fundamentals
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (any platform)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cumming, GA

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience supporting a small to mid-sized organization
  • Exposure to onboarding, benefits, or employee relations
