Job Overview
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is a driven and results-oriented professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation activities.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process for clients.
  4. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  5. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasting to management.

Performance Indicators

  1. Achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  2. Number of new clients acquired and repeat business from existing clients.
  3. Positive customer feedback and satisfaction scores.

Skill Requirements

  1. Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 1+ years of experience in a sales role.
