Junior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for selling our range of IT services and hardware products to clients across various industries, with a focus on building your skills and experience in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base through cold-calling and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Assist in managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors.
• Report sales progress and forecasts to the management team.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
• Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle

Salary Range:
RM3,000 and above
