As a project manager you will be responsible for the end to end process of the projects and the management of the team.


What's your responsibilities:

  • Manage diverse project portfolio including government and commercial projects.
  • Managing and prioritizing the backlog of the team.
  • Be the liaison between the stakeholders and the development team.
  • Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Fostering a collaborative and results-driven project culture.
  • Reporting activities for internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need:

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Project Management or similar role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field is appreciated.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written).

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing government and/or commercial projects.
  • Technical background in IT, engineering, or related fields.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
