At Squaredev, we help organizations design, build and scale modern digital workflows using ServiceNow. We work closely with our clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into secure, scalable and efficient platform solutions.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant who combines hands-on development skills with a strong consulting mindset. This role involves active participation in projects, close collaboration with clients and ownership of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.

You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation, contributing both to solution design and to high-quality development.


What's your responsibilities:

  • Design, configure and develop ServiceNow solutions aligned with client business processes.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, challenges and objectives through meetings and regular communication.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, leveraging ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities where possible.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows and integrations using JavaScript and platform best practices.
  • Collaborate with distributed, cross-functional and international teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support solution architecture activities in cooperation with Technical Architects, ensuring alignment with enterprise systems.
  • Produce clear and structured documentation, including technical designs, configuration documentation and release notes.
  • Identify risks, constraints and technical issues early, communicating them proactively to the team.
  • Ensure solution quality, security, compliance with standards and data privacy requirements.
  • Contribute to workshops, demos and presentations, communicating technical concepts in a clear and business-oriented way.
  • Take ownership of your deliverables and working independently.
    

What you'll need:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience in designing and implementing SaaS or enterprise platform solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
  • Solid understanding of the software lifecycle and ServiceNow practices.
  • Experience working on complex IT projects or large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to map business processes to platform capabilities.
  • Client-oriented mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel when project needs require it.
    

Nice to have (not required):

  • ServiceNow certifications (one or more of CSA, CAD, ITSM, HRSD, CSM, PPM, CAD etc.).
  • Experience with integrations and related technologies (REST, SOAP, APIs, JSON, XML).
  • Knowledge of authentication and security concepts (SSO, SAML, SSL).
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. SQL, Oracle).
  • Front-end or scripting experience (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Awareness of cybersecurity and data protection considerations.
