Senior Automation Test Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Test Specialist with deep expertise in Tricentis Tosca to support a remote engagement with a large public sector organization. This role is focused on developing and maintaining test automation for enterprise-level applications, contributing to CI/CD processes, and transferring knowledge to internal teams through documentation and collaborative workshops.

Responsibilities:

• Create a minimum of 10 automated test cases per month using Tricentis Tosca.
• Refactor existing Tosca test cases and maintain reusable test step libraries.
• Support the development of a CI/CD-compatible automation framework using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or AWS Pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, architects, and testers in an Agile setting.
• Use tools such as Jira and Microsoft Teams for collaboration and tracking.
• Provide structured and ongoing knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Submit weekly written status reports to the project lead.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of overall experience in test automation.
• 3 years of experience creating automated test cases with Tricentis Tosca.
• Experience working with government agencies (preferred).
• Familiarity with public pension systems or similar regulated environments (preferred).
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration/ticketing tools.
