The Opportunity:

Roche Molecular Systems is seeking a motivated Lab Tech Ops II to support Quality Operations in a regulated lab environment. This role involves routine Quality Control testing, lab inventory management, and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence and the ability to work in an aseptic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Quality Control testing following SOPs, OSHA regulations, and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform lab experiments, summarize results, and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Manage lab supply inventory, generate purchase requisitions, and input data into SAP/LIMS.
• Maintain lab equipment, ensuring calibration and compliance with internal procedures.
• Handle hazardous materials and support manufacturing activities such as formulation and sample testing.
• Participate in writing and improving lab procedures, protocols, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain efficient lab operations.
• Attend required training and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Associate's degree (required)
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (preferred)

Experience:

• Less than 1 year of relevant experience (required)
• 2 years of relevant experience (preferred)

Skills & Abilities:

• Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation
