Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical
Tasks and Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and current condition.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery.
Wound Care: Provide wound care and post-operative monitoring.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies within the unit.
- Comfort and Support: Ensure patients' physical and emotional comfort during their stay.
- Adherence to Protocols: Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in
- Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.
Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire.
- Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in a medical/surgical nursing role.
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
