Job Title: X-Ray Operator - Radiology
Tasks and Responsibilities: As a dedicated X-Ray Operator in our Radiology department, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall efficiency of our medical facility. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing Diagnostic Imaging: Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images of patients' internal structures.
- Patient Care: Ensure patients are comfortable and properly positioned for imaging procedures while maintaining their safety and privacy.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on X-ray machines and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Radiation Safety: Adhere to strict safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure to both patients and yourself.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and physicians to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an accredited X-ray technician program is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience as an X-Ray Operator or Radiologic Technologist is advantageous.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating X-ray equipment and familiarity with radiologic technology.
Certification Requirements:
Must possess a valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
State License Requirements:
Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist is mandatory.
Additional License Requirements:
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred, but not mandatory.
