Job Title: Social Worker (LMSW)

Tasks and Responsibilities: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) to join our team as a Social Worker. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing support and guidance to individuals and families in need. Your responsibilities will include:

Assessment and Counseling: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the psychosocial needs of clients and provide appropriate counseling and therapy.

Case Management: Develop and implement individualized care plans, connecting clients to essential services, resources, and support systems.

Advocacy: Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their rights and needs are met within various systems, such as healthcare, education, and legal.

Support Groups: Facilitate support groups and therapeutic sessions to promote emotional well-being and community engagement.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress, interventions, and treatment plans.

Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, educators, and community organizations, to provide holistic care.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Empathy and a passion for helping individuals and families in crisis

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems

Certification Requirements: Candidates must possess a valid LMSW certification.

Additional License Requirements:

  • LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC or LLP
