About the job Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and team priorities.
- Source and engage potential candidates across various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and niche tech platforms).

Screen and interview candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and supporting decision-making.

Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills with familiarity in using LinkedIn other platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
