Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and team priorities.
  • Source and engage potential candidates across various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and niche tech platforms).
  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and supporting decision-making.

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in technical recruitment.

  • Strong sourcing skills with familiarity in using LinkedIn other platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
