Core Responsibilities

1. Website Development & Maintenance

  • Build, update, and maintain marketing website pages and CMS content
  • Implement design-approved layouts; ensure responsive behavior across desktop and mobile
  • Maintain website speed, mobile usability, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO hygiene
  • Manage website versioning (major/minor/patch) and maintain deployment documentation
  • Ensure staging-to-production workflow discipline — no direct production edits
  • Support website refreshes, redesigns, and content migrations as required

2. Landing Pages & Campaign Execution

  • Develop campaign landing pages, product pages, event pages, and lead magnet pages
  • Set up thank-you pages, demo request flows, and form-based conversion paths
  • Support A/B test variants and CRO implementation as directed
  • Ensure all campaign pages are live, tested, and tracked before campaign launch

3. Forms, Lead Routing & Conversion Tracking

  • Own the technical setup, testing, and maintenance of all website forms
  • Ensure form submissions are routing correctly to all relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct weekly form testing — demo request, contact, campaign, and newsletter forms
  • Troubleshoot and escalate form failures, SMTP/email delivery issues, and routing errors proactively
  • Preserve UTM parameters, hidden fields, and lead source tracking across all form flows

4. Analytics & Tracking Implementation

  • Implement and validate GA4 events, GTM tags, and conversion tracking
  • Support Looker Studio dashboard maintenance and data flow verification
  • Debug tracking mismatches and ensure campaign tracking is technically functional before launch
  • Coordinate with Growth Marketing on any performance tracking requirements

5. Technical SEO & Website Performance

  • Conduct monthly technical SEO checks: GSC coverage, sitemap, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals
  • Implement redirects, canonical checks, schema markup (Article, Author, Breadcrumb)
  • Fix broken links, image compression, URL hygiene, and mobile usability issues
  • Support SEO plugin hygiene and GSC issue resolution

6. Email Marketing Technical Support

  • Support Mailchimp/newsletter technical setup, template development and testing, and link/UTM validation
  • Coordinate test email sends and resolve formatting, responsiveness, or delivery issues
  • Ensure all emails are tested on desktop and mobile before send

7. Deployment, Hosting & DevOps Coordination

  • Prepare deployment checklists and coordinate with DevOps/SecOps on hosting and infrastructure
  • Manage SiteGround staging, backups, and restore procedures
  • Validate redirects and canonical setup after any domain or hosting changes
  • Support subdomain setup, SSL configuration, and domain pointing as required

8. Documentation & Process Hygiene

  • Maintain website change logs, deployment notes, and form testing records
  • Document all migrations, implementations, and recurring technical processes in Notion
  • Maintain a known issues list and plugin/tool inventory
  • Update Asana tasks with status, links, and completion notes — daily
