Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the QA team, including training, coaching and performance management.
  • Develop, execute, and work towards continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align QA strategies with business goals and objectives.
  • Identify risks and issues early on, and ensure alignment with stakeholders (product managers, development teams) on quality expectations.
  • Drive quality improvements and innovations across the product development lifecycle.
