Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

o Organize, and execute both internal and external events.

o Coordinate logistics, partnerships, and post-event reporting.

Internal & External Communications:

o Draft and manage communications, including announcements, and updates.

o Serve as a brand ambassador to represent the organization at events and

partnerships.

Partnerships & Networking:

o Build and nurture relationships with industry leaders.

o Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish beneficial partnerships.

Budget Management:

o Develop and manage events and campaign budgets.

o Optimize spending to achieve maximum value and ROI.

Key Skills:

Creative thinker with a strong knack for storytelling and engaging content creation.

Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, social media schedulers, and analytics software.

Strong interpersonal skills and an active presence in professional networks.

Experienced in planning and executing events from concept to completion.

Excellent organizational, management, and collaboration skills.

Budget-savvy, able to stretch resources for optimal impact.

Adaptable and willing to travel when required.
