About the Role:

We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Growth Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that are backed by in-dept industry research to help grow the brand, increase product adoption in customers, and enable the sales team in their efforts. You will be responsible for strategizing marketing funnels and campaigns that convert into outputs for the above mentioned goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Content Strategy:

Develop and execute content strategy to establish brand voice and thought leadership, across landing pages, blog posts, product sheets, articles, case studies, and social media content.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to create high-quality, relevant and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.

Develop and implement effective omnichannel digital marketing strategies, including website, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance across stakeholders for strategy optimization.

Product Marketing:

Collaborate with product teams to gather product information and translate it into marketing materials.

Understand product positioning and messaging to effectively communicate value propositions to target audiences.

Develop compelling product/feature launch campaigns and GTM strategies in close collaboration with product teams.

Take responsibility and ownership of carrying, maintaining and recording product cadences for collaborative work.

Sales Enablement:

Create sales enablement materials, to align marketing and sales efforts to drive lead gen and growth through sales decks, product sheets, email templates, and social media posts.

Participate and manage in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and projects originating from the Sales team.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure that their digital footprint aligns with the brand voice.

Collaborate with the sales team to ship out partnered content and assist them in executing at industry events.

Industry Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Keep a close eye on the industry changes that take place and keep stakeholders informed.

Gather, analyze and compile research findings to share across different teams for implementation.

Analyze product and sales insights to understand their needs and standardize thought across industry.
